These problems include Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) or Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS), also known in the USA as Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) and in Europe - Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD).<br /><br /><b><span style="color: #cc0000;">Features:</span></b><br /><br /><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Control the level of eye strain in the system tray</li><li>Set up the time period for a popup reminder</li><li>Set up how much time you want to rest</li><li>Enter the rest mode instantly</li><li>Reset the counter</li><li>Stop the counter when you do not want to be interrupted</li><li>Set the counter to stop automatically after some time of inactivity</li><li>Four rest modes: slideshow, visual training, screensaver launch, or popup tray reminder</li><li>Auto-run EyeDefender on Windows start</li></ul><b><span style="color: #cc0000;">System requirements:</span></b><br />OS: Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7<ul style="text-align: left;"></ul></div>

Satya Nadella Announced As New Microsoft CEO; Bill Gates Steps Down As Chairman Of Board [VIDEO]

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><div style="text-align: justify;">In what will no most important day in the technology sector doubt the news, Microsoft announced that Satya Nadella will take the helm as the next CEO of the company. Outgoing Steve Ballmer announced his retirement in August last year and since it was naturally a little speculation about who could fill those rather large shoes. Now Nadella, who has been with the software company based in Redmond for 22 years, became the third CEO in 40 years of history on the company after the co-founder Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheCIbAviSBq-P7a0f_mONkit_-Pm0NB1Im9Cuhdf4B-Z5MuOehVHIxn0rlP7q-JdYhiHbMWXBjnH3wmeWGNvkbyjFPL_ktPdnStuN1ps-r9fkRxdzsJbjvvHJ4iE1ku6DtmHAjogp1cGA/s1600/MFST-CEO-Satya.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="342" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEheCIbAviSBq-P7a0f_mONkit_-Pm0NB1Im9Cuhdf4B-Z5MuOehVHIxn0rlP7q-JdYhiHbMWXBjnH3wmeWGNvkbyjFPL_ktPdnStuN1ps-r9fkRxdzsJbjvvHJ4iE1ku6DtmHAjogp1cGA/s1600/MFST-CEO-Satya.png" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Gates, who founded the company in 1975 along with Paul Allen, remains a member of the board at the company he held the reigns for through decades of growth, and was among the first to welcome Nadella as the Windows maker’s leading man. In a brief video, which you’ll find embedded below, a “very excited” Gates explains why Nadella is a perfect fit for job; a man with “the right background to lead the company” towards continued innovation.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Interestingly, one of the first things Nadella has requested is that Gates steps up and plays a more active role in the company as it moves forward, and the Microsoft veteran has duly obliged, adding in his welcome speech that he will hence forth be committing “one third of [his] time to meet with product groups” as the company transcends into a new era. As such, Gates has also stepped down as the chairman of the board, a continuation of which would certainly have hindered this new hands-on role.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Nadella played a pivotal role in Office 365, and with many of the big companies focusing their efforts on the cloud, his knowledge will certainly place Microsoft in a strong position. Windows devices are more cloud-reliant than ever before, and with the all-new Xbox One also focused on this infrastructure, you feel that Nadella’s influence could be era-defining for the influential company.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoRMc6ZZzdyrZsVkEPn63embECj6G57WWc9iMv4V_eaHrILkVxypkfRyliZLsgNBopNi7DjSeLq0J5SnWBfUJEB-wQVW_wFd0HPS_A9tli8ivH_VtomRx-G2lThRrQk-s6FuzLeyeE01M/s1600/03_low.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="412" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoRMc6ZZzdyrZsVkEPn63embECj6G57WWc9iMv4V_eaHrILkVxypkfRyliZLsgNBopNi7DjSeLq0J5SnWBfUJEB-wQVW_wFd0HPS_A9tli8ivH_VtomRx-G2lThRrQk-s6FuzLeyeE01M/s1600/03_low.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">With Nadella’s background in electrical engineering, it’s no surprise that Gates has jumped at the opportunity to play a more cardinal role on the board, and with more than a few associated with Microsoft having seen Ballmer’s leadership as hindering the company’s progress in innovation, today’s announcement will be welcomed by many.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">You can see Nadella’s first address as CEO below, as well as the Gates welcome speech:</div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/T8JwNZBJ_wI" width="640"></iframe> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/M5BhQVuRcTk" width="640"></iframe></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: white; border: none; color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;">You can follow us on </span><a href="https://twitter.com/Entertaintment2" style="-webkit-transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s; background-color: white; border: none; color: #444444; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px; text-decoration: none; transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s;" target="_blank"><span style="border: none; color: cyan; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;">Twitter</span></a><span style="background-color: white; border: none; color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;">, add us to your circle on </span><a href="https://plus.google.com/109480599481988418935?prsrc=5" style="-webkit-transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s; background-color: white; border: none; color: #444444; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px; text-decoration: none; transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s;" target="_blank"><span style="border: none; color: red; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;">Google+</span></a><span style="background-color: white; border: none; color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;"> or like our </span><a href="https://www.facebook.com/InformationTechnologyMagazine" style="-webkit-transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s; background-color: white; border: none; color: #444444; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px; text-decoration: none; transition: all 0.2s ease-in-out 0s;" target="_blank"><span style="border: none; color: blue; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;">Facebook page</span></a><span style="background-color: white; border: none; color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;"> to stay updated on the latest news from Microsoft, Google, Apple and the web.</span><span style="background-color: white; border: none; color: #333333; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 22.390625px; list-style: none; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-size: xx-small;"> </span></span></div></div>
